About This SMS Program
These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Pozitivf Fertility, located at 501 Savannah Ave, McAllen, TX. Messages are sent directly by Pozitivf Fertility to patients and prospective patients who have consented to receive them.
This program is limited to care coordination communications only. The types of messages you may receive include:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Scheduling notifications and updates
- Follow-up care instructions and check-ins related to your fertility treatment
Messages may relate to any of the services provided by Pozitivf Fertility, including IVF, IUI, Egg Freezing, and Fertility Evaluation. No other message types will be sent through this program.
How to Opt In
You may enroll in the Pozitivf Fertility SMS program by completing the SMS sign-up form on our text message opt-in page at https://rgv.pozitivf.com/a2p-optin-pozitivf-fertility-rgv. The form includes a clearly labeled SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. You must actively check this box to indicate your consent to receive text messages from Pozitivf Fertility.
By checking that box and submitting the form, you confirm that:
- You are the account holder or have authorization to use the mobile number you have provided.
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You have read and agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is entirely voluntary and is not required to receive care or services from Pozitivf Fertility.

Message frequency will vary based on your individual care schedule, appointment activity, and follow-up needs. You may receive more messages during active treatment periods and fewer messages at other times.

The Pozitivf Fertility SMS program is supported by all major United States wireless carriers. Please be aware that carrier availability is subject to change, and not all carriers may support this program at all times. Pozitivf Fertility is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery that result from carrier limitations or network conditions beyond our control.
Privacy
Pozitivf Fertility is committed to protecting your personal and health information. The mobile phone number and any personal information you provide in connection with this SMS program will be used solely for the purpose of delivering care coordination messages as described in these Terms.
We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or personal information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Pozitivf Fertility SMS Program. By opting in you agree to receive text messages from Pozitivf Fertility, including appointment reminders and confirmations, follow-up care communications, and service updates.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP we will send a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
